Hourly Recording Rates
- 1 Hour $50 ($50 pre-paid)
- 2 Hour $100 ($50 deposit required)
- 3 Hour $150 ($75 deposit required)
- 4 Hour $200 ($100 deposit required)
- 5 Hour Block $240 (pre-paid)
- Full Day Lockout (Call Or Text)
Deposits, pre-paid/Block Hours are NON-REFUNDABLE.
(48 hour notice is required if you need to reschedule or your deposit will be forfeited)
Any remaining balance will be due prior to session start
All Block Hours must be paid for in advance
Temporary Operating Procedures
VERY IMPORTANT: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic there is a limit of 4 people (ex: artist, producer, two guests) in the studio at one time.
The booth and other studio areas will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized in between each session (UV-C light treatment and disinfection of all surfaces and touchpoints).
Deposit MUST be paid to block out your session time (non-refundable) (48 hour notice is required if you need to cancel/reschedule or your deposit will be forfeited).
Balance will be due at the beginning of the tracking/recording session. This will include any additional time for mixing (if any) which will be discussed and agreed to prior to your tracking session..***
You must wear a mask upon entry. If you are not on the microphone, or you are here as a guest, please wear a mask.
All music/instrumentals/beats will need to be sent prior to arriving so I can have everything set up for you, ready to go, when you walk in.
(If you are using beats from Youtube/Soundcloud please convert them to WAV/MP3 format and send them before your session.)
*** No mixing will happen immediately after recording (unless agreed upon). Additional hours will need to be agreed to/purchased/scheduled for songs to be finished mixed/mastered.
(Mixes will be sent via email/dropbox for preview.. any edits will happen via video chat/conference call if requested).
